The Altaris Collection has announced the launch of Altaris Residences — a programme of fully managed private residences within each property, offering permanent access to all hotel services without the constraints of a conventional stay.

Beyond the Stay

For a generation of internationally mobile professionals, the concept of permanent residence has become increasingly complex. The home is no longer a fixed address — it is a network of trusted spaces in the cities that matter most. Altaris Residences has been designed to serve this reality. Each residence is a fully appointed private apartment within an Altaris property, offering between 120 and 340 square metres of living space, maintained to the standard of the hotel's finest suites. Residences are available in Paris, London, Tokyo, and New York, with Bangkok and Dubai to follow in 2027.

The Service Architecture

Residence owners hold full access to all hotel services as a matter of course: daily housekeeping, 24-hour in-residence dining, the wellness sanctuary, concierge, and event spaces. A dedicated Residence Director manages each owner's preferences across the Collection — a single point of contact who holds complete knowledge of requirements and ensures consistent service across all six properties. Owners are not guests. They are afforded the privacy and discretion appropriate to individuals making these spaces their primary address.

Design and Ownership Structure

Residences are offered on a long-term lease structure, with terms between 10 and 25 years. Each residence has been individually designed by the property's original architect or a nominated successor, ensuring visual continuity with the wider hotel. Owners may personalise within a defined framework — wall finishes, art selection, furniture specification — with support from Altaris's in-house design team. No two residences are identical. No structural alterations are permitted. This framework protects both the owner's investment and the architectural integrity of the building.

Enquiries Now Open

Altaris Residences will be offered to Luminary Circle members in the first instance, ahead of a wider release in Q4 2026. A private preview of the Paris and London residences will be held in June 2026 by invitation. Enquiries are being accepted now through the Residences team at each property.
