What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability. Please contact our concierge team in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we offer private chauffeur transfers to and from all major airports. Our fleet of luxury vehicles is available around the clock. We recommend booking your transfer at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact our concierge team to confirm rates and availability.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast inclusion varies depending on your chosen rate and package. Many of our curated packages include our signature breakfast, served daily in the main restaurant. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact our reservations team for details specific to your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival incur no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a one-night penalty. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking. Please review the specific terms of your reservation for full details.

Do you have facilities for guests with accessibility requirements?

We are committed to welcoming all guests. We offer fully accessible rooms, step-free entrances, lift access throughout the property, and trained staff ready to assist at any time. Please inform our reservations team of any requirements prior to arrival so we can ensure your stay is seamless and comfortable.

Is there a spa on the property?

Yes, our award-winning spa offers a full menu of treatments drawing on both local traditions and globally recognised wellness practices. Facilities include thermal pools, steam rooms, and private treatment suites. We recommend booking treatments in advance, particularly during peak seasons.

Do you accommodate special dining requests or dietary requirements?

Our culinary team is delighted to accommodate dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and kosher menus. Please notify us of any allergies or preferences at the time of booking, or at least 24 hours before your dining reservation, so our chefs can prepare accordingly.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Complimentary valet parking is available for all in-house guests. Self-parking is also available in our secure on-site garage. Electric vehicle charging points are provided. Please contact our concierge team if you have specific vehicle requirements or oversized vehicles.
