The Altaris Suite represents the fullest expression of Roman and Williams' commission for Altaris New York: a private residence of extraordinary architectural precision and material intelligence, occupying 205m² across the building's highest residential floor. The principal salon's glazing presents the full Central Park panorama — from the Reservoir to the southern tree line — with the Midtown skyline as the frame. A private library curated by a Manhattan antiquarian bookseller; a terrace positioned above the park's canopy; a master bedroom whose emperor bed faces Central Park through floor-to-ceiling glass. A dedicated butler manages every element of the suite's operation, twenty-four hours a day.
