The Deluxe Doubles balance the warmth of Thai craft with a contemporary rigour that is entirely Altaris. Walls are lined in raw Mudmee silk dyed in the workshop of Prathum Phet; furniture combines blackened teak with Italian upholstery in ivory boucle. The bathroom is finished in honed Kaen Kham sandstone — the warm amber of northern Thailand — and houses both a deep soaking tub and a rainfall shower column. City views extend from the fourteenth floor upward; every room catches the late-afternoon light as it breaks across the rooftops toward the Chao Phraya.
